The Freyan Republic encompasses a region spanning three star systems: Lactoris Star System, Malor - Thenis Star System and Freya Star System the system that bears the name of the league itself, Freya is considered the heart of the republic, embodying its values and traditions.

The Republic is led by a senate of 42 senators elected by direct democratic procedings every 5 years, which it is itself led by the First Guide who is elected for a team of 25 years. The First guide is someone elected by the people after the suggestion of 5 from the Senate. The First Guide is almost always someone who is actively or was a senator in the past for at least 2 terms and has a proven track record of ethical conduct and achieved his life's goals.
