Fractal Lightning Spear (3/day). The storm priest creates a spear in its empty hand out of the wind, crackling with lightning.
Upon hurling it, the bolt splits into 2, striking 2 targets within 90ft. The targets must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw.
On a fail, they take 13 3d8 lightning + 13 3d8 force damage and become stunned until the storm priest's next turn starts.
Spellcasting. The storm priest casts one of the following warlock spells, using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 19):
At will: Lightning Lure, Thunderclap
2/day each: Lightning Spear, Witch Bolt
1/day each: Karmic Judgment
