Description
Hit Points: 8 Size: Medium Speed: 30 feet Ability Boosts: Wisdom, Dexterity, Free Ability Flaw: Charisma or Constitution Languages: 1 Elven language (Common as well as Elven Common included), 1 Elven or non-Elven language. Additional languages equal to your Intelligence modifier (if it's positive). Choose from Elven languages or Humanoid languages. Traits: Elven Telepathy
You are able to communicate telepathically with any sentient creature possessing a latent magical field (i.e. any humanoid or demi-humanoid). With minor concentration (it is possible for elves to carry on conversations or work on repetitive tasks while speaking telepathically; they can usually find lulls in the chaos of battle to communicate as well) the creature hears your voice as if you were speaking to them. The voice cannot vary in volume and never imparts any harmful effects to the one hearing it, and it is easily possible to ignore or mentally block out the voice.
