Description :

Scrap spikes don’t require power or an action to activate. When you successfully grapple or renew a grapple on a target, that target takes the listed amount of damage. In addition, if you are grappled, pinned, or swallowed whole by a creature, that creature takes the listed amount of damage at the beginning of your turn.   The spikes deal 1d4 piercing damage.
