You gain proficiency with the nature skill and can, through sounds and gestures, communicate simple ideas with plants of all kinds.Natural Magic
You know one cantrip of your choice from the Druid spell list. Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma is your spellcasting modifier for it (your choice when you choose the cantrip).Photosynthetic
You do not need to eat, so long as you are exposed to sunlight for at least 8 hours each day. You still need to drink and sleep.Zalvari Lineage

| Sproutborn | Healing Touch. As an action you can use some of your healing lifeblood to touch and heal a creature. The creature regains 1d4 hit points. You can use this feature a number of times, equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses when you finish a long rest. |
| Entling | By Bark and Bough. As a reaction to being attacked, you can magically harden your barkskin, granting you a bonus to your Armor Class, equal to your proficiency modifier, possibly causing the attack to miss. The increased armor class lasts until the end of the attacking creature's turn turn. You can use this feature a number of times, equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses when you finish a long rest. |
