Aquapis
The orcs on Aqacaesum are adapted straight to Aquapis because there is no land in the world. The Aquapis have eyesight attuned for darker environments, so they tend to stay close to the ocean floor. They do not stay too close, however because they do not want to awaken Cthulhu.
ability score increase:
+5 Strength, –2 Intelligence, –2 Wisdom, –2 Charisma. An Aquapis’ starting Intelligence score is always at least 3. If this adjustment would lower the character’s score to 1 or 2, his score is nevertheless 3.

Aquapis reach adulthood at age 12 and live up to 50 years.

Aquapis Water-Breathing An Aquapis can breath in water and on land. Darkvision Aquapis can see in the dark up to 60 feet. Darkvision is black and white only, but it is otherwise like normal sight, and aquatic orcs can function just fine with no light at all. Light Sensitivity Aquapis are dazzled in bright sunlight or within the radius of a daylight spell. Dwellers of the Deep Aquapis gain the History proficiency and have resistance to cold damage.
