Billy has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and an unquenchable curiosity that led him to explore the material plane. As an Eladrin born in the Feywild, he reveled in playfully teasing and confusing the inhabitants of the material plane, occasionally swiping mechanical trinkets that piqued his interest. One day, he stumbled upon the world of firearms and their chaotic potential. Fascinated, he delved deep into their mechanics, not for thievery nor needless violence but to sow chaos without harming the less fortunate. His passion for firearms grew so intense that he left the Feywilds to blend into the material plane, using his enchanting appearance to adapt seamlessly.   In his new realm, Billy channeled his curiosity into crafting an array of intricate machines but an unfortunate mishap with the interplanar portal left him stranded in the material plane indefinitely. To further complicate matters, a cursed affliction twisted his tongue and turned his tail into a serpentine form, making it difficult to hide from the startled reactions of those he encountered. Also, a demonic rune etched onto his chest further isolated him from society. Determined to overcome this rejection, he dedicated the past 15 years of his curse-bearing life to constructing a monumental machine, hoping that fame and acceptance would finally allow him back into society and eventually be known as Billy the master marksman.
