Small elves with the typical long ears, born from the bow of aspen trees. Light bark skin covers their small frame, eyes & hair of a consitent green shade. As plant based humanoids, they photosynthasise for energy, but are capable of transtining to food based deits. Seem to have an affinity with poisons, & are somehow tied in with the wind, both for benifit & not.

Photosynthasise. Elves do not sleep. Instead they process collected sunlight, remaining semi-conscious during the process. Long rests take 4 hours as long as they speant up to 2 hours in the sun since their last long rest, or 16 hours if not. While processing, your capable of dreaming but none the less can persieve whats happening around them lightly. Type wise, considered a humanoid & a plantanoid. Posion Affinity. Elves are resitant are immune to poison damage & the posion condtion. Bark Skin. Add +1 AC in accoradnce with the lighty barky skin. Waver in the Wind. Aspen elves can always tell which way the wind blows & can feel strongth winds coming. They also have advantage on Dex saves but disadvantage on saves or checks against somehting that would foricbly move them.
