Amphibious. The crab can breathe air and water. Lumbering. The mudcrab is incapable of Jumping, Dodging or taking the Dash action. False Appearance. While the crab remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an inanimate boulder.
Multiattack. The Giant Mudcrab can make up to two attacks, one with its Bite or two with its Pinch. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft, one creature. Hit: (2d6 + 3) piercing damage. Pinch. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft, one creature. Hit: (1d6+3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be grappled. The crab has two claws, each of which can grapple only one target.
