Additonally every time an attack made against the goblin rolls above an 11 but dosen't hit; the goblin suffers a -2 penalty to AC. This affect stacks until the goblins AC becomes 11. Small Fighter. Any weapon that has the Light property also has the Finesse property when used by this creature.
