3-level Evocation
A singularity of massive energy builds beneath the earth at a chosen point as you compress your hands together, churning rock and liquifying stone into magma for the duration. When the spell ends, either because your concentration is broken or because you decide to end it, the magma surges upwards, erupting at the chosen point. Each creature in a 10ft radius, 20ft high cylindar centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes Dragonsfire damage equal to the total accumulated damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The spell’s base damage is 6d6. If at the end of your turn the magma has not yet erupted, the damage increases by 1d6.
Once the eruption has occured, a 10ft circle of lava remains on the ground until the end of your next turn. Any creature that starts its turn within, or enters it suffers 2d6 fire damage.
Any creature that suffers Dragonsfire damage as a result of this spell recieves 1 stack of Cruel Flame for each 10 points, or part thereof, of Dragonsfire damage they took.
