You unleash overwhelming psychic trauma. Each creature in the cone must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 10d10 psychic damage and becomes stunned for 1 minute. A stunned creature repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.   A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this spell forgets who it was, loses all memories, and cannot be restored except by a Wish spell or divine intervention.   On a success, a creature takes half damage and is not stunned.
