You hurl a bolt of rotting energy at a creature. Make a ranged spell attack: on a hit, the target takes 1d8 necrotic damage. If the target is undead, it instead regains that much HP.
At higher levels: Increases by 1d8 at 5th, 11th, and 17th level. Available for: Death Knight
