It has 4 psionic charges, which refresh when it finishs a long rest. It know flay and distance.The DC for your psionic saving throws equals 8 + your Intelligence modifier + your proficiency bonus. DISTANCE Casting Time: 1 action Range: 30 feet Duration: Instantaneous Charges: 1 per target Space contorts and twists. Choose any number of targets the dragon can see within 30 feet. Each target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or be pushed back 30 feet. FLAY Casting Time: 1 bonus action Range: Self (60-foot cone) Duration: 1 round Charges: 2 per d6 of damage As a bonus action, the dragon blasts pure psionic energy from its eyes, frying the brains of all creatures in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, it takes psychic damage of a d6 per 2 charges spent, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Fell Step: As a bonus action teleport 30 feet away to an unoccupied space they can see. When using this trait they have resistance to all attacks until the start of their next turn. After using this ability you can not use it again until after they finish a long rest.
Actions
Multiattack. The dragonborn makes two longsword attacks. If it has a a shortsword drawn it can make a third attack with the shortsword.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) slashing damage, or (1d10+3) slashing damage if used with two hands.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) piercing damage.
Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 100/400ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d10+1) piercing damage.
Shadow Breath (Recharge 5-6). The dragonborn exhales shadowy fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity Saving throw, taking 24 (8d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A humanoid reduced to 0 hit points by this damage dies, and an undead shadow rises from its corpse and acts immediately after the dragon in the initiative count. The shadow is under the dragonborn's control.Reactions
Parry. The dragonborn adds 3 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so the dragonborn must see the attacker and be wielding a weapon.
