You create a swirling rift in space at a point you can see. The rift is a 10-foot-radius portal that remains open for the duration. As a bonus action, you or an ally may teleport from one point within 10 feet of the portal to another point within 60 feet. Each creature may use the portal once per turn. If an enemy enters the portal unwillingly, it must succeed a Charisma saving throw or be shunted 60 feet in a random direction.
