Dungeons & Dragons 2024 (D&D) Feat: Scourge Master

Your skill with Whips and Tetherhooks allows you to manipulate items at a distance. You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Disarming Strike. When you hit a creature with an attack using a Tetherhook or Whip, you can use a Bonus Action to attempt to disarm the creature of a Shield, or of one item it is holding. Make a Strength or Dexterity check (your choice) contested by the target’s Strength check. If you succeed, the item is dropped on the ground midway between you and the creature.

Retrieving Lash. As a Bonus Action, you can use your Whip or Retherhook to grab items weighing less than 1 lb within the reach of your weapon, pulling them back to your person if they are not being worn or held by another creature.
