This blackened bronze crown is etched with glyphs of necrotic dominion, crowned with three bone spines like a lizardfolk crest. It was interred with the Osteaman king to secure his command over death itself.
Undead Command. You can cast animate dead at will without expending a spell slot or components.
Crown of Dominion. You may attempt to control an undead within 60 feet (DC15 Wisdom save). If already controlled, make opposed Charisma checks with the controller. You can command undead with a total CR up to twice your proficiency bonus.
Sovereign’s Call. Once per long rest, as an action, all undead within 120 feet must make a Wisdom save (DC = 15) or be paralyzed until the end of your next turn. They then become charmed by you for 1 minute.
Aura of Stillness. Undead within 30 feet cannot regain hit points unless you permit it.
Lingering Majesty. Undead you control add your proficiency bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws.
Curse. The spirit of the Osteaman king lingers. At dawn each day, roll a d20. On a 1, the king’s will seizes you, compelling you to act toward conquest and domination for 24 hours. If you die while attuned, you rise as an undead servant bound to the circlet.
