Pitchfork. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 piercing damage.   Expired Milk Throw. Ranged Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, range 20ft/60ft., 10ft area. Hit: 1d4 poison damage. Creatures coated in raw milk must roll a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw or gain one stack Lactose Intolerant. Creatures affected have disadvantage on Constitution Saving Throws and -1 to all strength checks. Lactose Intolerance lasts for 3 rounds. Additional stacks grant an additional -1 to srength checks.   If a creature has 5 stacks of Lactose Intolerance, they take 3d12 poison damage and must roll a DC 20 Constitution Saving Throw, on a fail they fall unconcious.

Bonus Actions

Drink of Courage. Drink a bottle of raw milk. You gain 22 temporary hit points and your strength is set to 18, after 3 rounds your constitution is set to 8 and you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution Check or gain one stack of Lactose Intolerant. When you drink the milk, there is a 50% chance you gain no benefits and gain one stack of Lactose Intolerance. All Lactose Intolerance stacks disapear after a long rest.
