One With Nature

You have spent countless days immersed in nature and become attuned to it. You gain the following benefits:
Commune. You can cast the commune with nature spell as a ritual once per day. When you do so, you only learn one fact about the area within 1 mile of you or 100 feet while underground.
First-Hand Knowledge. Whenever you make an ability check that uses the Animal Handling, Nature, or Survival skill, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Speak With Beast. You have the ability to communicate in a limited manner with Beasts. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return. You have advantage on all Charisma checks you make to influence them.
