Horn of the Hollow Flame Wondrous item This scorched horn, carved from obsidian and bone, is warm to the touch and lined with jagged cracks that glow faintly red. It carries the lingering essence of the Hollow Flame cult.
Effect When blown, the horn makes no audible sound—only a ripple of heat and pressure in the air.
Attraction Using the horn marks the wielder with an unseen brand that draws the attention of Vaerath, an ancient force tied to the Hollow Flame. The mark lingers for 24 hours.
Wherever Vaerath may be, he becomes aware of the horn’s call—and begins moving toward it.
Note: Blowing the horn more than once may hasten his arrival.
