Every 2 turns while in combat, a Skermis-Kaithed can regenerate 1d8+4 HP on the beginning of its turn. This cannot be inhibited, until they are incapacitated and die.

The corruption of the Skermis creation error forces the mind of the Kaithed to co-operate with them in knowledge. While a Skermis-Kaithed is within sixty feet of a Skermis class creature, the Skermis receives an extra d6 roll in checks of Intelligence, Wisdom, Perception, and Survival.
