You conjure a writhing swarm of spectral rats, insects, or small animals in a 15 foot Radius Sphere. The area is difficult terrain.

Creatures that start their turn in the area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d8 Necrotic Damage on a failure, or half on a success. A creature that fails is also frightened of the swarm until the start of its next turn.

At higher levels:

When you cast this spell using a spell slot 4th level or higher, roll and additional 1d8 for each slot above 3rd.
