The Val-Zieros are the living embodiment of Ambition, Hope, and Potential. Unlike standard Tieflings born of infernal bloodlines, the Val-Zieros are "Divine Emanations" created during The Unraveling.

When the Goddess Mavis purged herself of bias to become the impartial Judge of Time, she tore the threads of "Desire" and "The Future" from her own soul. They are the parts of the goddess that refused to be satisfied with the world as it is.

Physical Appearance

• Skin of the Cosmos: Their skin tones range from soft, dusty lavender to deep, imperial violet. Some possess skin that sparkles faintly under moonlight, like granite flecked with mica.
• Horns of the Spire: Unlike the curved horns of their siblings, Val-Zieros horns grow tall and vertical, often spiraling like a unicorn’s or narwhal’s. They mimic the crystal spires of their home realm.
• Eyes of Prophecy: Their eyes are solid, glowing magenta. If observed closely, the light within them swirls like a nebula in motion. It is said they do not see the person standing before them, but the person they could become.

Society & Culture

• Philosophy (The Doctrine of the Reach): They believe the universe is unfinished clay, and they were born to sculpt it. To a Val-Zieros, saying "this is good enough" is a spiritual failure. They are driven to improve, expand, and ascend.
• Social Roles: They are the visionaries of Maywin Archmages, inventors, revolutionaries, and cult leaders. They are naturally drawn to high magic because it is the ultimate tool for rewriting reality.
• Naming Conventions: Val-Zieros use Title-Names. They adopt aspirational titles they have not yet earned, as a promise to the universe that they will achieve them.
• Male Examples: Azriel, Malakor, Zyrus, Orion.
• Female Examples: Xylia, Astrea, Nyx, Mirelle.
• Surnames: The God-Killer, The Archmage, Of the Eternal Throne.
