If you fail the check, nothing happens and the creature becomes immune to this spell for 1 hour. On a success, you may discover 5 of the following options:

• Dexterity score
• Constitution score
• Intelligence score
• Wisdom score
• Charisma score
• Armor Class
• Class levels (if any)
• Challenge rating
• Creature type
• All damage vulnerabilities
• All damage resistances
• All damage immunities
• All condition immunities
• If it is a spellcaster, the spells it has prepared
• At the DM's option, you might also realize you know a piece of the creature's history or one of its personality traits, if it has any.
