You are a trained and talented blacksmith, gaining the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain proficiency with blacksmithing tools. If you are already proficient with them, you gain expertise.
- When you craft nonmagical items, you craft for an additional 2.5 gold per day, when you craft magical items, you craft for an additional 25 gold per day.
- The number you need to roll for a Miracle craft is reduced by 1.
- As part of a short rest, you can spend 5 gold worth of materials (such as a whetstone and oils, which must be bought before hand) to temporarily improve a weapon, a set of armor or five pieces of ammunition made from metal. An improved set of armor reduces any bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage the wearer takes by an amount equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up) and a weapon or ammunition deals an additional amount of damage equal to to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up). The improvement lasts for an amount of hours equal to your proficiency bonus. Once you have improved something with this feature, you can’t improve something again until you have finished a long rest.
