Algeon's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). They can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will:

> At will: charm person, ray of frost, eldritch blast, mage armor, magic missel, hex, sleep

1/day:

> 1/day each: geas, dominate person, modify memory, wall of force, planar binding, disintegrate, chain lightning, gauds and wards, finger of death, symbol, teleport

3/day:

> 3/day each: magic circle, haste, glyph of warding, lightning bolt suggestion, crown of madness, dispel magic, arcane eye, polymorph


Shielded Mind: Alegon is immune to scrying and to any effect that would sense their emotions, read their thoughts, or detect their location.

Brave: Alegon has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Regeneration: Alegon regains 12 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Boon of immortality: Alegron can't die of age.


Actions

Multiattack. Algeron makes two attacks with her staff

staff: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (3D6+2) bludgeoning damage plus 18 (3d10+5) force damage, or 14 (3D8+2) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands.

force bolt ranged spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 20 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d12) force damage

Healing Touch (2/day) Algron touches another creature. The target magically regains 16 (2d10 + 5) hit points and is freed from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness.

force Burst (recharge 5-6). Algron creates a burst of force. Each creature within 40 ft. of it must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (7d12) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.


 

Legendary Actions

Algron can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Algron bikus regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

staff Attack. Algron makes a staff attack.

Teleport. Algron magically teleports, along with any equipment they is wearing or carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

Read Thoughts (costs 2 actions). Algron magically reads the surface thoughts of one creature within 20 ft. of it. The effect can penetrate barriers, but 3 ft. of wood or dirt, 2 ft. of stone, 2 inches of metal, or a thin sheet of lead blocks it. While the target is in range, Algron can continue reading its thoughts, as long as Algron's concentration isn't broken (as if concentrating on a spell). While reading the target's mind, Algron has advantage on Wisdom (Insight) and Charisma (Deception, Intimidation, and Persuasion) checks against the target.
