3-level Transmutation
You launch a compressed ball of air towards a point you can see within range, where it bursts into a blast of wind. Creatures within a 20 foot radius sphere must make a Strength saving throw. A target takes 4d8 bludgeoning damage and is pushed 30 feet away from the sphere's origin on a failed save. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't pushed.
