Aura of Rust
4-level Evocation
An aura of rust emanates from you in a 30-foot radius. Each creature other than you in the area must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d4 acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a success. A nonmagical metal object in the area automatically suffers this damage, and its AC is reduced by 2. A creature wearing nonmagical metal armor suffers this AC reduction until they spend a long rest repairing it.
This spell can affect coins, weapons, armor and jewelry, including items being carried or worn by yourself or other creatures. Objects destroyed by this spell turn to dust, and cannot be repaired.
