You possess the ability to shift your metabolism, skin density and other factors into overdrive, making you resistant to elemental effects such as heat, fire, flames, cold or intense energy. You can make yourself resistant to extreme temperatures (including open flame) for one minute. After using this ability your body needs to recuperate for an hour before it can be used again.
In addition, you resist energy based attacks and gain a natural defense equal to the value of this trait against energy attacks.
