Death Explosion. On death, it explodes and the teeth it has eaten explode from it. DC13 Dex save. On save no damage, on fail everything within 10ft of creature takes 2d8 piercing damage.
A small creature, almost frog-like except for its ballooned torso and hooked claw of an arm. Doesn't fight, but will use its stealth to hide from predators so it can steal teeth from corpses. It doesn't need them for nutrients, they simply steal and consume them. When killed they pop like a balloon, and all consumed teeth explode from it.
