The Essence-gorged monstrosity drains the essence from all creatures near, any creature touched by the gods that ends its turn within 10ft. of the Essence Gorged Monstrosity takes 1d10 necrotic damage.

Actions

Multiattack. The Essence-gorged monstrosity may attack four times with Tentacle. Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d8+7) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, It must pass a DC 18 Strength Saving Throw or become grappled and restrained. the Essence-gorged monstrosity may only have one large or two medium creatures grappled at one time. Consume. targeting an already grappled creature, the Essence-gorged monstrosity attempts to swallow a victim, imposing a DC 18 Strength Saving Throw, swallowing the target on a failed save. swallowed targets take 4d8 acid damage at the end of each of their turns. Swalloed creatures may attempt to escape from the inside out, making attacks at disadvantage. from within the Essence-gorged monstrosity, physical weapons deal regular damage and if a total of 40 damage is dealt by swallowed creatures to the Essence-gorged monstrosity, it will regurgitate all swallowed creatures, appearing in a space within 5 ft. of the Essence-gorged monstrosity.
