Gazelle are swift, herbivorous even-toed ungulates found across Nioa, Hakoa, and Iroa. They tend to live in herds, and eat less coarse, easily digestible plants and leaves. They have ridged, curving horns that are used mainly for display and not defense. Many cultures hunt gazelle for food and sport and they are preyed upon by a variety of mundane and monstrous creatures. They tend to rely on their extraordinary speed to escape predators as opposed to their weak bite attack.
Gazelle are found mainly in open grassland though they often venture into forests, hills, scrublands, and even desert—so long as they have sufficient grass to graze on.
