Entangle. LEVEL:1 CASTING TIME:1 Action RANGE/AREA:90 ft (20 ft )COMPONENTS:V, S DURATION:Concentration 1 Minute SCHOOL:Conjuration ATTACK/SAVE:STR Save DAMAGE/EFFECT:Restrained Grasping weeds and vines sprout from the ground in a 20-foot square starting from a point within range. For the duration, these plants turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain. A creature in the area when you cast the spell must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by the entangling plants until the spell ends. A creature restrained by the plants can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself. When the spell ends, the conjured plants wilt away Poison Spray. LEVEL:Cantrip CASTING TIME:1 Action RANGE/AREA:10 ft COMPONENTS:V, S DURATION:Instantaneous SCHOOL:Conjuration ATTACK/SAVE:CON Save DAMAGE/EFFECT:Poison You extend your hand toward a creature you can see within range and project a puff of noxious gas from your palm. The creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d12 poison damage. This spell's damage increases by 1d12 when you reach 5th level (2d12), 11th level (3d12), and 17th level (4d12)

Summon Bugbear Monstrosity. When her life is threatened, the Leper Witch will summon a single Bugbear Monstrosity to fight at her side. This can only be done once.
Typically the matriarchs of Leper Goblin clans, the Leper Witch is a vile creature. It will purposely infect newborn goblins with a parasitic fungi to create mindless minions for the sake of their clan. They will sometimes even take foundlings that have proven themselves with a strong physical prowess, and twist them to create Monstrosities to act as body guards.
