HAIL THE ELF EATER: You hate elves you want to slaughter those dirty knife ears with a rusty knife while their family looks in horror and the elf eater can appreciate that
Prerequisites: Lvl 20 or above and a burning hatred of elves
Benefit: All hits against elves are critical if it already was a critical the damage is multiplied by ten. You can summon the elf eater with a ritual involving drinking a mixture of distilled elf blood, herbs(to help the drink go down)and ground up elf bones with a cool down 365 days which you can mitigate by burning an elf ear to speed it up. You can also cast elven high magic because those pretentious pricks don't deserve it.
