You have a natural talent for medicine and treating the ill. Your bedside manners are very good and you work extremely efficiently. While the trait cannot be used for skill checks, when performing a Medicine on an injured person, their wound heals immediately rather than during the night.
Normally, treating a person is a long, on-going process, requiring frequent check ups during a day, and most would only be able to handle a single patient while out and about. With your single-minded focus on helping others and incredibly efficiency, you may treat one additional patient per day per step of this trait. At +4 you treat five patients during a single day, each requiring their own check.
In combat, your will to help people spurs you to action. If you intend to make a First Aid (or equivalent) check in combat, you act first before any other actions take place. You reach your patient and start treating them, then the rest of the actions happen. In addition, you may ignore debilitation due to wounds when performing mid-combat treatments, up to the value of this trait. At +4 you can ignore all your debilitation, regardless of how high.
