You have accumulated quite a reputation throughout your years, and perhaps it's entirely deserved, or perhaps not. Regardless, you are seen as shifty and unreliable by your peers. The trait is used in every social interaction where people know who you are. It can also be used as a check to see if the person does know of you. Remember that just because someone has heard of you, doesn't mean that they would instantly recognize you. Take some time and work with the Keeper to hammer out just why your reputation is so bad. The below are just suggestions, feel free to modify the distances and social groups to fit your setting.
-1: You're pretty well known in your neighborhood, but it is unlikely that a random citizen would know you.
-2: You're a familiar face, and not in the good way. A prominent goon would end up here.
-3: It's likely that most people in the city have heard your name one way or another, likely on the news.
-4: Your face is so well known that most people who see you should have a decent chance of recognizing you.
