You create a spear in your empty hand out of the wind, crackling with lightning, and hurl the spear at a target within range.
Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 lightning + 2d8 force damage and becomes stunned until the start of your next turn. "A lesser version of Tempest Spear, the lower cost comes at the price of power.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd. Odd levels increase the lightning damage, even levels increase the force damage. Make a ranged spell attack against the target.
