The scimitar seems to constantly glow, even in bright days. The pommel has red & orange stones organized to look like a flickering flame. The blade is carved with holy runes of the Dawnflower herself.       On a successful critical hit, the weapon adds 1d10 points of fire damage.   On command, the weapon can modify to have an additional 1d6 points of damage, but all damage will be nonlethal.   While in an area of bright light, a user can spend a move action to attempt to dazzle an opponent (Fort DC 12). If successful, the opponent is dazzled for 1 round.   This weapon is immune to rust effects.   --------------------   This weapon functions as a +2 Merciful Flaming Burst Sunsilver Scimitar
