Uncommon Requires Attunement

Staff of the Maestro. The staff functions as both a spellcasting focus and a ranged weapon, allowing the wielder to cast spells and make ranged weapon attacks that deal 1d6 piercing damage.
  Blazing Conduit. When the wielder casts a 1st level or higher spell through the staff that deals fire damage, the damage is increased by 1d4.
  Luminous Performance. When the wielder uses their Bardic Inspiration feature, they can choose to imbue the target with radiant energy. If they do, the next weapon attack made by the target before the end of the wielder's next turn deals an extra 1d8 radiant damage.
  Sound Flare. Once per day, when the wielder casts a spell that targets one or more creatures, the wand amplifies it, doubling the spell’s range.
