Narcotic that can be inhaled using a bonus action, causing you to immediately dash as a free action and temporarily gain +20ft of movement speed for 1 minute, you can also dash using only your bonus action for the duration. After the duration however suffer three levels of exhuastion. Stacks a maximum of two times, however gaining six levels of exhaustion at once will result in death.
Creation of these items requires the ingredients listed, 2 hours of work and 24 hours of brewing (unattended).
