In darkness, the unsheathed blade of this dagger sheds a deep, red light, as though it is still red-hot from a forge, creating bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet.

If this weapon deals damage to a creature with at least one Cruel Flame stack, the dagger shatters inside the target. While the dagger is embedded in a creature in this way, they suffer 2d8 fire damage at the beginning of each of their turns for each Cruel Flame stack they currently have. The creature can use an action to remove the dagger.

This strange shard of Dragonglass Obsidian has formed itself eerily like a stiletto dagger. Though the handle required a leather wrap to make it safe to hold, very little work needed to be done to fashion it into a functional weapon. Like most Dragonglass weapons, it is shockingly durable, despite its glass structure, while retaining the lethal sharpness only attainable from materials usually so delicate.
