This morningstar is considered a magical weapon. ll attack rolls made with this weapon have +2 to hit and all damage rolls made with this weapon deal +2 thunder damage. This morningstar deals additional damage to the spawn of the Dread Dragoness Valdra and her son, the Coiled Hermit Kōs. When you hit a dragon with this weapon, the dragon takes an extra 3d6 thunder. For the purpose of this weapon, "dragon" refers to any creature with the dragon type, including dragon turtle and Wyvern as well as mortals of draconic ancestry, such as dragonborn, kobolds, and sorcerers with draconic bloodlines.

An imposing, ancient morningstar, the fabled Dragonshatter's grip is wrapped in dried dragon scale leather, its metal shaft blackened by lightning strikes. Its head is studded with adamantine spikes, each stained long ago with dark dragon's blood.
