Common
One cup of coffee (8 fluid oz) can suppress the effects of one level of Exhaustion for four hours. This ability does not stack, but rather, imbibing in another cup resets the duration.
Drinking coffee is not without its disadvantages, though. If a creature partakes in two or more cups of coffee in the same day, their next long rest will not relieve them of any levels of Exhaustion.
A rich, bitter brew made with crushed coffee beans and hot water. The most readily available caffeine source, and the easiest to make on the go. Coffee does not require any specific tool set to craft, but instead can be brewed in a pot or kettle over any steady heat source.
