Creatures whos wounds are exposed to this poison by a creature, object, or weapon that has this oil coating its surface take 1d6 poison damage and must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution Saving Throw after 1 minute, or have the poisoned condition for 10 minutes.
The poisoned creature takes 1d6 poison at the end of each minute while poisoned in this way. Creatures who are lycanthropes are also Stunned while poisoned in this way, and cannot take reduced poison damage from this poison, even if they have resistance or immunity to poison.
The creature repeats the save at the end of each minute, ending the effect on a success.
This silvery mercury looking oil is Silverpoint Oil, a lethal mix of suspended silver, Wolfsbane, poisonous snake venom, and several types of nightshades, suspended within an oil base.
