Requires a person to meditate on the item. While doing so a void froms in the minds eye. a feeling of stepping through it would expose ones self fully. Once the bond is formed a soul link permanently until the item is consumed.

Once Attuned this item can be taken to a crafter of sufficient skill to upgrade evolve an item. As the item is bound it can only be upgraded to the proportional level of the bound person.
