Description.

A potion containing silky-fine, black powder that exudes a subtle heat and occasional sparks. It evokes images of cursed, smoldering embers from a long-dead fire.

As an action, throw the Bottle, creating a 15 ft. × 15 ft. cube of pale black mist or fling out the contents in front of you releasing the powder as a 15 ft. cone of pale black mist in front of you.
The mist lingers until dispersed by strong wind or when it comes into contact with fire and it ignites.
Every creature in the mist when it ignites makes a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, creatures take 3d6 fire damage on a fail or half as much damage on a success.
