A nicely decorated pipe, made from black hardwood and with silver engravings, decorations.
Secretly it is a magic item, further strengthened by a ritual using a red dragon's heart.

This item holds up to 13 charges, recharging 1d10+5 at each long rests.

Smoke screen. (1charge)

As a bonus action you inhale from the pipe, then exhale a grey smoke around you in a 10ft radious sphere centered on yourself. The are counts as heavily obscured, and all creatures except you, who start their turn in- or enter the smoke for the first time on their turn must succeed a DC15 Constitution saving throw, or start coughing extemely, lowering their movement speed by 10ft.
Creatures that dont require air or breathing are unaffected.

Ashen Breath. (2 charge)

As an action, You inhale the pipe's smoke, then exhale it as a grey smoke with burning ash mixed with it in a 30foot cone centered on yourself. Each creature must make a DC15 Dexterity Saving throw, taking 5d6 fire damage and are blinded untill the end of their next turn on a fail or on a succes they take only half the damage and are not blinded.

Ash Firebomb. (3 charges)

As an action, you conjure a fireball at the end of the pipe from it's ash, then hurl it towards a point you can see within 150ft, then it explodes in a 20ft radious, it spreads around corners. All creatures in the area must make a DC15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 fire damage on a fail or half that much on a succes.
