Creatures whos wounds are exposed to this venom by a creature, object, or weapon must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw, taking 26 (6d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The effected creature is then teleported 30 feet in a random direction. (You can roll 2d8 to determine x and y directions for the teleport, or some other means if you wish)

Phase Spider Venom that has undergone Blas and Concentration, changing it's paralytic effects to harness the the phase spider's teleportation and shifting abilities while also amplifying the poison.
