Creatures whos wounds are exposed to this venom by a creature, object, or weapon must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution Saving Throw, taking 42 (12d6) poison damage, or half as much on a successful save.

This amber venom must be harvested from a dead or incapacitated purple worm. Natives of southern Gora and the Lathin Desert, such as the Ei'tono Tribes or the Scribes of Lathon, have been harvesting and using this venom for self defense for hundreds of years.
