Il corno miconoide è uno strumento magico comune. Richiede aromonizzazione e può essere armonizzato solamente da un bardo. Il corno fornisce i seguenti benefici:
- E' possibile suonare il semplicemente pensandolo ed il suono viene trasmesso direttamente alla mente di tutte le creature nelle vicinanze
- Creature sorde, che non parlano la lingua del proprietario o in generale che sarebbero interessate ad effetti di incantesimi che richiedono di essere ascoltati o sentiti ne diventano invece soggetti (ad esempio se fossero all'interno di un area di silenzio)
- Il Corno permette di castare incantesimi anche se ci si trova all'interno dell'area dell'incantesimo silenzio
- Creature con un valore di intelligenza inferiore a 4 sono immuni agli effetti magici del corno
Il corno rimane comunque uno strumento musicale che può essere suonato normalmente.
Un corno da guerra, color avorio e con una corda intrecciata che permette di portarlo legato alla cintura oppure a tracolla. Se osservato da vicino, è possibile notare alcuni strani granelli vorticargli tutt'attorno.
